Season 1, Episode 6
In this episode, I end my day with a walk in the woods. I'm trying to make it a regular practice to spend more time in nature, especially hiking and exploring. I find these walks in nature to be extremely important to my overall well being. They've become very therapeutic and beneficial to mental clarity and problem-solving. It's funny how something as simple as a walk in the woods can be all that's needed to get one step closer to becoming limitless.
